Feminist should be blame for America's trend toward high divorce rates, starting in the 1970s. Women are began to bring in ideas such as "Women doing housework were people outside the modern economic system, therefore they were like serfs or peasants." which encourage themselves to pursue freedom and rights. This causes law like no-faults divorce to

form.

Society should also be blame for America's trend towards high divorce rates because man has always been positioned superior than woman. For example, society has always expect man to work, and woman was always expected to " made the beds, shopped for groceries, matched slip-cover material, ate peanut butter sandwiches with her children, chauffeured Cub Scouts and Brownies" this was a stereo-type that the society created together, therefore it leads to woman wanting "change" which drives the divorce rates.

On the other hand, Man should also be blame for America's trend towards high divorce rate. Man started the "Jennifer fever". This means that old man were panicking with their middle age crisis, they started to find their wife no longer fulfilling, and desires younger woman. This drives the divorce rate and leaving the society with marriage gap in the late 20th century.

DOC. F

2) To let him admit that he had been involved in the crime and the "seamy" things he had done for the White House was part of the crime.

Questions for exam practice:
1) The message of Doc. F is that Mr. Hunt is being investigated by the House of Judiciary Committee and admit that he had done some "seamy" things for the "White House" (which basically is the other word for President Nixon) and was also planning on other alternatives if the commitment were not met.

2) The significant of the word "package" is that the package is the dirty money Nixon is getting to pay for the crime.

3) The significant of "You only have a certain number of days to get your affairs in order." is that it shows Nixon is committing something that he wants nobody to know and wants it to be done quickly. It also shows that he wants the trace of evidence to be erased afterwards.
